How Can I Help You?

Let me help you find an authentic drive for transformation. You deserve quality of life, fulfilling work and meaningful relationships.

Through Philosophical Counseling, Spiritual Direction or Life Coaching, you will acquire inner understanding, emotional intelligence and experience healing.

Our counseling modality is an eclectic and effective combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational-Emotive Therapy, Logic-Based Therapy, Religious Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction principles.

As an Educational & Depth Psychologist, I believe we can all learn how to live better lives. We provide Philosophical Counseling, Spiritual Direction, and Life Coaching. As a Sound Therapist. I use drums & Tibetan Singing Bowls, as part of our therapy, meditation sessions, and overall plan of care for you.

I provide nonjudgmental, compassionate & affirming listening in a sacred, safe & professional environment. We work toward your self-discovery of meaning, empowerment & freedom.

We encourage mindfulness meditation as part of our program of care. Thank you for reviewing my site. Please contact me for further information or questions -
